Having had a minor hit with the classic song “Carolina In My Mind” in 1969, singer/songwriter James Taylor really came to fame in 1970 with his album “Sweet Baby James” on which Carole King collaborated, and from which came the big hit “Fire And Rain”. His biggest UK hit came the following year when he recorded Carole King’s “You’ve Got A Friend”, a UK No. 4. This collection features those hits, along with other Uk chart entries like “How Sweet It Is”.
