The Three Tenors – Luciano Pavarotti, Jose Carreras and Placido Domingo – began their collaboration with a concert at the ancient Baths of Caracalla in Rome in the evening before the 1990 World Cup Final, captivating a global audience of 800 million, with the recording of the concert becoming the biggest-selling classical album of all time. They performed at three more World Cup finals and delighted audiences around the world with their dramatic stadium concerts, with their recordings doing more than any other artists to popularise operatic music among the wider public.

This incredible-value 50-track 3-CD collection brings together many of the most  magical and inspiring moments from their classic recordings, effectively representing a hugely substantial greatest hits anthology. It includes signature pieces  some of the best-known tenor pieces like ‘Nessum Dorma’, ” Mattinata’ and ‘Sole Mio’, plus opera and concert favourites like “Che Gelida Manina (Your Tiny Hand Is Frozen)’, ‘Ave Maria’ and ‘E lucevan e stelle’, plus lighter pop material like ‘Volare’ and famous songs from Broadway musicals.
